Below are the key points of the Goodbyz terms and conditions (effective 1 July 2025). This is a summary; the full terms are currently available in Dutch only.

Goodbyz is a digital platform for sharing condolences and memories, owned by Astream B.V.
Users are responsible for the content they post. Content that is unlawful, contrary to public morals or public order, offensive, discriminatory, or that infringes the copyright or privacy of others is not allowed.
Astream B.V. may remove content that in its judgement violates the terms or is inappropriate.
You keep the copyright on your own messages, photos and videos. You grant Astream B.V. the right to use, display, store and share them within the platform, solely to provide the service.
Astream B.V. strives to offer the platform without interruptions but does not guarantee full availability.
The terms also apply when Goodbyz is offered through a reseller, such as a funeral organisation. Astream B.V. then remains the data controller.
The terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
