Saying goodbye to someone you love is profound. Goodbyz is an online condolence register and memorial page where family, friends, neighbours and colleagues can share their sympathy.

Guests leave a personal message, share photos and can record a video message. Together they form a collection of memories that you, as the bereaved family, can read back and download in your own time.

Offer condolences online, wherever you are

Not everyone can attend the funeral. With Goodbyz anyone can offer condolences online: guests open the condolence register through a QR code or link, enter a PIN code and write their message from their phone or computer.

How it works

  1. Create an account and choose the package that suits you.
  2. Fill in the memorial page with the name, dates of birth and passing and a photo of your loved one. You can also add the funeral announcement card.
  3. Guests open the condolence register through the QR code or link and enter the PIN code. They then leave their message, photos and video message.
  4. In your dashboard you can read back every contribution. Within the download period of your package you can download the memories.

Gold costs €299 one-time (regular price €349), Premium costs €349 one-time and Extended Keepsake costs €9 per month.

Free funeral card design with QR code. With Gold and Premium you create a free print-ready funeral card design in your dashboard, with the QR code to the online condolence register. Choose a style, add your own text and save it as a PDF (A5), so everyone who receives the card can offer condolences online straight away. You arrange the printing yourself or through your funeral director.
